Main Game:
to walk: move the control-stick on the nunchuk
to take something: press A
to put down something: press B
to shake (f.g. a pan): shake the control-stick
to stir: move the controller in circles
to cut: move the controller for- and backward
to rotate the field of view: press the arrows up, down, left or right

Mini Games:

Food Fight:
to take something: press A
to throw something: to wind up the controller

Fast Cooking:
Same controlling as Main Game

Eating Contest:
to walk: move the control-stick on the nunchuk
to jump: press A
to jump higher: press A and shake the controller

Looks like a great game for the Wii, and the Wii is really missing great games. The food fight sound like fun :)
